Rosewood London’s Mirror Room is thrilled to unveil its latest Art Afternoon Tea collection inspired by the renowned Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai. Known for his unique depictions of landscapes and portraiture, his style has been translated into a selection of exquisite Art Cakes. Beginning with a selection of Japanese-inspired savoury bites, including Sake Marinated Smoked Salmon with Yuzu Kosho Mayo, Caviar & Dill, and a Japanese Egg Sandwich. The sweet selection, will then invite guests to indulge in a delicate Cheesecake subtly infused with Japanese citrus, served alongside freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and jam. The grand finale comes in the form of The Art Cakes, each hidden within a bespoke reveal box, that slides away to unveil an array of exquisite cakes, each a tribute to one of his most celebrated works.
