At NIJŪ you will discover the heart-warming flavours of Katei Ryori- traditional Japanese home-cooking made to share. Crafted by renowned chefs Chris Golding and David Bury, and overseen by the expertise of Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi chef of the Michelin star Endo at the Rotunda, the menu is a celebration of unique flavours and impeccable execution. With an emphasis on ingredient-led cuisine, we combine fresh, seasonal ingredients with culinary experimentation to create nourishing dishes that pay tribute to the art of home-cooking. The venue itself boasts new and innovative dining spaces, designed to cater to various preferences and group sizes. We have also dedicated a section specifically for our sushi bar, where guests have a front-row seat to the artistry of our sushi chefs.
